Salt Island Couldn’t Fulfill the National Salt Requeriment, A New Intitution is Ready to Overcome.

Pamekasan – Cost of the salt in Madura, Java island. Nowadays increase highly, because of the product of the salt is failure in the area, the factor is because unpredictable seasons in every days and weeks.
Yafies Hadi, A businessman of the salt in Pamekasan and also the president office of PT sumatraco said, today the cost of the salt on merchants is Rp850.000 per ton increase higher than last year which was Rp. 300.000 or till 400.000 per ton.
"for last year the cost of the salt in pamekasan Rp350.000 per ton or till Rp400.000 but with best quality," He said.
According to him, the salt today that is sold, is the residue of last year which is piled up by hoarders.
"So, the salt today in markets is just the salt of old stocks. For the salt of new product almost nothing”.
A number of the salt farmers in subdistrict of Pademawu pamekasan claim that the cost of the salt is increase more than last year.
"Today the cost is expensive, but the salt is nothing. Because of that the profit is the hoarder’s, not the farmers.” Said one of the farmer in subdistrict of pademawu pamekasan, sufyan sahraji.
This year, The production of the salt in Madura is predicted only 5 persent for national requeriment of salt it is resulted the failure of harfes of the salt. The minimal product of the salt will cause less for supplying the national requeriment of salt. Because Madura is the bigest supplyer in indonesia for national consuments than other territories like west Java, Middle Java, West Nusa Tenggara(NTB), East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) and sout Sulawesi.

On the average, the production of madura salt is not less than 600.000 ton with the width of the land 7.785 hectare, included 1.767 hectare in Sumenep, 888 hectare in Pamekasan and 5.130 hectare Sampang.
According to the Executive Director of HPGI (Himpunan Petani Garam Indonesia), Drs. Sunardi Hamid said those areas are not include PT Garam’s land with the total width 5.340 hectare that spreaded in three regencies that’s in Sumenep (2.620 hectare), Pamekasan (980 hectare) and Sampang (1.100 hektare) included salt land IV, Gersik Putih which also stated in Sumenep with width 640 hectare.
" If the land are accomulated totally for the farmer’s lands and PT Garam’s lands are reached 13.125 hectare with the total production for about 900.000 ton per years with total assumsion the production of the salt per hectare till 70 ton per years," He said.
In the meantime, The national requeriment of salt is prtedicted for about 1.250.000 ton/ years specially for salt consumtion and 1.600.000 ton/years for industrial salt.
So, for the complete problem of madura as a salt island Drs sunardi as the Director of HPGI will find the sollusion of that, The planing of his mission is make loh waduk (place for saving water sea) the purpose is to make irrigation to the farmer’s land in their area in order to make more produktifity of the salt. Because during this time the farmer just able to product 30 persent of one land for efaporation, efaporation is prosses to make the salt by managing the water sea as its quality or viscosity of the water sea. He also added that this problem will be brought to the government, So after The government give possitive respont his side will do maximally. . ͏͏ rifan

a musing to be heard in perceive a foolish argument in indonesian education

From the first in era of President Soekarno, then Soeharto untill this time The national education system of this nation has been being changed and fluctuate. But why it is never finished ?. it’s mean that one system will be success if it’s complited. But in every president, and chancellor of education changed it is therefore changed the principle of indonesian national education system.
whereas natonal education system is not presisent’s, chancellor’s or political parties. So from the reality what is the base pourpose of the education ?. have ever the parents thought their childern to go to school just for get point 9 or more in the school report card ?. then if they have graduated they wiil be jobless man?. Or no different they get pont 5 in school report card, then finally be a succesed and famous one ?. here we have to observe our pourpose in The school. School is a medium and the pleace to get education that will make us know, recougnize, and do a new thing smatrly and eficiently. Not only educate them to face national examination, the examination which pawn 3 yaers with their hard tyring.
We as educated students want the govement more serious and cleverer to choose kind of good education system. Not only emitate from obroad which have a success education system. The education system in indonesia will be success if there are balances. for an example, we know the teacher prosperity have not materialized. And also it will be complited if the medium of our education have up to standard as in where country this system adopted. But in the fact our system just forced a new system without fixing with the standard in other country where it is adopted. Don’t we see to the rality?, where still there are many school building unproper to be pleaced, still many teachers whose part time is an ojek driver to comply their family requirement. So how if this always happened ? how can the teachers have concentration in tomorrow to give their students an enought knowledge while in yesterday ninght they got ajob as ojek driver ?.
Our education system for right now only focuse of pointing, not focuse in dexterity and skills. So we shoudl not ask how can number of scholarships be a jobless, phisycal competitor which do not graduated, and of course still there are many amusing thing of our education system in our counrty.
